Some examples of Packages RAMS Safety offer are as follows:
Option 1 - Introductory Health & Safety Review
RAMS Safety can provide you with an experienced and competent Health & Safety professional to complete an introductory review of your significant risks / priorities and Legal compliance, supporting you with advice and recommendations needed to meet your Statutory requirements – start building your businesses HS&E confidence and clarify your initial path to keep your people and your business free from harm. This is a single one-off activity to get your business underway.
Option 2 - Consultancy & Competent Person Appointments
We can provide a low cost-effective subscription to formally appoint a competent Health & Safety professional consultant for your general Health & Safety support / advice. This includes free general advice via telephone / email etc. Optional additional / flexible support is available only if required at a standard rate – may include visits to your choice of location – for example; incident investigations, training, audits & inspections, toolbox talks, Risk Assessments, Method Statements etc. This is a rolling 12-month package.
Option 3 - Flexible Support Package
This includes both options 1 & 2, with additional ongoing visits / support every month to continuously improve and develop your Health & Safety Management system. This monthly visit can be used to complete inspections / audits, deliver toolbox talks, review Risk Assessments and Policy documents, or many other options that are suited to your needs etc – its flexible to suit your business priorities. This is a rolling 12-month package.
Option 5 - Advanced Support Package
This includes Option 4 package with a longer term 12 month commitment, which is ideal for those businesses who may be growing and don’t yet employ a full time Health & Safety Manager and includes weekly visits to support. This is a rolling 12 month package.
Option 7 - Lumina Spark
The Lumina Spark Portrait is a personalised psychometric assessment that will aid you (and others) in exploring your unique personality, variations in personal qualities and increasing self‐awareness.
Self-awareness enables us to better adapt our behaviours to improve personal and professional relationships, improve teamwork and collaboration and improve overall performance. We can better understand both our own, and our colleagues personalities under different conditions.
Option 4 - Improvement Package (short term)
This is an additional optional extra package for those who have significant risks or concerns and require extra advice and support to make suitable changes over a shorter period of time in their business. This provides an increased level of support than that provided in option 3, with a dedicated weekly visit / support timeframe. This is a rolling 3-month package for those requiring extra support.
